.....hit IBSP yesterday with a friend. We each landed about 10 bass (missed and dropped a bunch too), the biggest fish I got were 34 and 35 inches and really fat. I saw everyone throwing the usual metal and teaser, but we were using 7'' sluggos with a 3/4 ounce head and doing a lot better. The weather looks stable through next week and with the amount of sandeels present there is no reason for the Bass to leave anytime soon. The gulls didn't even have to fly to get their meals, I watched them sitting on the beach and running down to grab stranded sandeels after the wave drew back.

nice, shooting for sunday again. broke my foot last week. was in a cast. luckily its an air cast so off it comes when i get there sunday. (wont fit in the waders).

Not sure if anyone still has their gear out, but I managed to catch a couple keeper bass yesterday in monco yesterday. 60 degrees, SW wind and just enough swell were perfect conditions. Landed 4 to 30". Kept one for dinner. Vision eel and SP minnow both worked.

Wish i had the time to get get out there.
