very easy and very good, give it a try.

cut salmon into 1" cubes, get thick cut bacon and partially cook it, then wrap salmon cubes with it. secure the bacon to the salmon with a toothpick and add a small thin piece of apple to the toothpick. put under the broiler for a few mins to cook the salmon and crisp the bacon.
