8-16-09 Striper Fishing
There are some stripers here in the West Coast. Here are pics of stripers caught today using fresh sardines on a slider set up by just4thehalibut and another fishing buddy Roland. Roland had the hot hand today. Good fishing guys, will do it again soon. Unfortunately non for me. Maybe next time.

The first picture, the water looks like that here during a tropical storm or hurricane, I always though that area of Cali would look like it does down in Laguna ( semi tropical)

Re: 8-16-09 Striper Fishing
The place where we were fishing was on a wide open part of the coastline. There are more times that are much worst in the area. It just happens to be a perfect place to striper fish. In the mornings, the water is more calmer. In the pics shows alot more rough during the afternoons.

Thanks Steve! What a great weekend it was. First the 49ers win, and then I get a nice Striper to top it off. That is my new favorite spot. Can't wait to go again. Thanks for taking us Euro! I'm sure my fishing buddies will get hooked on Stripers once they see the pics!!
